We are looking for an ASSISTANT TALENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for DUBAI with minimum of 6-7 years of experience in talent development and management. You will be responsible to talent development, learning design and delivery and administration, analysis and intelligence, talent management You will manage talent initiatives which includes development and management cycles end to end with creating tailored learning journeys for employees and managing the HIPO talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager – L & D and Talent Management.
