We have urgent opening of “ BUSINESS PROCESS SENIOR EXECUTIVE / FUNCTIONAL ANAYST” to be based in KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA. The Business Process Senior Executive / Functional Analyst will be responsible in managingand tracking of companywide SOP progress; and ensuring documents are updated in a timely manner. The role will require involvement in Process improvement initiatives and work with business teams to design and document new processes or existing processes. Provide detailed analyses and deliver sustainable and supportable solutions and/or automation to streamline and improve processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Sciences, Engineering, or related areas Minimum of 5 years of experience with SOP documentation, business operations, project management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialised in analysing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated will be an added advantage. Preferable Basic Coding logic. Development Experience of Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps and Smart-sheet would be an added advantage.Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt preferably) but not necessary. Reports to Chief Business Officer . Managed 1-2 subordinates.
