CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Our client is a leading diversified FMCG (Food /Non Food) company engaged in the business of import and export of all commodities such rice, sugar, pules, cereal, grams, flower seeds globally and offering solutions and support services to RETAILERS / IMPORTERS AND EXPORTERS as well as International brands with its Headquarter in MUMBAI, INDIA.

You will be fully responsible for the Business operations set up, business earnings, and operational profitability, Business growth, identification of business development strategy, establishing for promoting company’s vision, Group growth plans. P&L management & budget forecasts. Oversee supply chain, Inventory management. Experience of latest Technologies for POS and Distribution Sales. Benchmark with competitors to create business USPs. Evaluation of business & Operational needs. Demonstrated ability / knowledge of business functions such as marketing, sales, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain, Finance HR, Admin. FMCG – Import Export Domain Knowledge. FMCG product knowledge. MBA – Sales & Marketing Mandatory. Additional Specialization in Import Export/ Supply Chain Management. Total experience – 15 years in FMCG Industry & relevant role experience min 5 yrs. Mandatory – FMCG Industry background .Age – not exceeding 45 yrs. Worked on SAP / ERP technologies. Language – English, Hindi, Gujrati
