CORPORATE CHEF/MASTER CHEF- KUWAIT

We urgently require CORPORATE CHEF / MASTER CHEF for our client a leading Group having American Concept QSR Restaurants in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Location: Kuwait. The candidates should have 10-15 years of experience as CORPORATE CHEF / MASTER CHEF (CONTINENTAL / ASIAN FUSION CUISINE- ITALIAN/AMERICAN/ JAPANESE) within the Restaurant Industry. NATIONALITY : INDIAN. SALARY -KD.1000-1500/- PM Free Accommodation, Free Transport and one time duty meal is provided. Air ticket and visa is provided for joining the duty.

· Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.

· Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders.

· Creating new dishes and menus.

· Interviewing and hiring new staff.

· Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for your employer.

· Monitoring and controlling stock levels.

· Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.

· Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

· Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.

· Taking care of the kitchen’s accounts and creating a work roster.
