We have urgent opening of “ EXECUTIVE CHEF (FRENCH SPEAKING) ” for their WATER THEME PARK/ RESORT Business Unit to be based in DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO (DRC) KINSHASHA. Lead, and drive the Culinary Department (Kitchens in the restaurants and banquet, and stewarding team), and maintaining customer satisfaction for Aqua splash water park &Resort to promote our entire resort and display it in the market as a luxury destination for entertainment, to achieve the company`s strategy, growth, and profit-objectives. An excellent-grooming &appearance. French language is a must (speaking,writing, listening and reading).Must have excellent sales and negotiating skills.Should have fully knowledge with the Culinary/kitchen & banquet/events trends.Should be able to design-creative menu and competitive price for our banquet & events.Strong communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels. Educated to degree level or relevant qualification in Culinary, Hospitality, banquet & Events. Minimum -5 years’ experience in senior position of Culinary/kitchen, Banquet & Events and within the hospitality field. Must be fluent in French-Reading/Writing /English languages.
