FURNACE CASTING OPERATOR
- Full control of furnace and casting activities

Follow all Health and Safety procedures/practices as they apply to the area of work and the facility.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow ALL established standard operating procedures.Ensure safe operation in meeting established operating goals and quality standards.Identify and reject any non-conforming materials (i.e. aluminum in the mix, unusually large pieces of cast iron, etc.) and report them to supervision.Report any change in the operation equipment.Follow procedures to operate all equipment and make necessary specification adjustments per instructions.Participate in training and development programs.Perform whatever other responsibilities and duties that are assigned by management.Controls pouring station in which aluminum and aluminum alloys are cast into ingots/bullions.
- Controls cooling conditions of casting unit by maintaining constant level of metal in molds and regulating series of valves to spray water against molds to produce ingots of uniform crystalline structure. Full control of furnace and casting activities

Experience 3: 5 years in the same field.Production background, preferably in a process environment.General knowledge of Aluminum Rotary/Holding furnaces.Ability to follow instructions.Ability to perform calculations.Ability to organize and perform refining process.Loader
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
· Demonstrated ability to lead and execute on difficult projects
