Our client is a High End Luxury Life style Product Retailer with Boutique chain of Ultra Luxury Products of India’s Premier Lifestyle Brands.
We have an urgent opening of “ Group Chief Financial Officer “ to be base d in their Corporate Headquarters in BANGALORE, INDIA. Responsible for Corporate Finance, Treasury, Fund Raising, Corporate Governance, Compliances, Internal Controls, Estimations & Pricing, International Contracts & Enterprise wide Risk Management, Company Secretarial, Legal and Information Technology. Reporting to the Director. You must have proven experience as CFO or relevant role. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience is a must. You have experience handling IPO (should have managed one IPO at-least ) and must been working closely with promoters and should have exposure in raising funds and private equity. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices with excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
