Our client is a leading diversified FMCG (Food /Non Food) company engaged in the business of import and export of all commodities such rice, sugar, pules, cereal, grams, flower seeds globally and offering solutions and support services to RETAILERS / IMPORTERS AND EXPORTERS as well as International brands with its Headquarter in MUMBAI, INDIA.

You will be responsible for The HR Head will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Should have exposure of statutory compliance, Labor Law & Industrial Relation. At least 12-15 years of Experience in HR Domain. 5+ years of Experience in similar role
