We have a urgent position of “Head of Visual Merchandising / Senior Manager ” . You must minimum of 10-18 years of experience working with World class Retailers managing the Visual Merchandising function for 260 Stores across the Middle East /GCC covering Beauty /Home Décor/ Accessories products etc. The job holder will be responsible for maximizing market share of the concept through development and implementation of effective Visual Merchandising standards and methods, in line with Company objectives. The job holder will also be responsible for managing the development and implementation of effective visual merchandising and creative displays standards to create a world class visually stunning brand proposition and in store retail environment. Advanced Knowledge of Visual Merchandising processes. Advanced Knowledge of consumer behaviour/market trends/market forecasting techniques. Manage 4 direct reports - in lead VM in KSA, 2 VM for home and beauty category in UAE and one UAE VM lead. Must be smart, intelligent and highly presentable with excellent communication skills. Salary AED. 28-30,000/-pm plus benefits.
