LOCATION : KUWAIT
SALARY : KD-600/- PM + HOUSING + TRANSPORT + FOOD
For our client who are a leading Group in Kuwait having American Chain of QSR in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
We have urgent opening of a “ OPERATIONS MANAGER (RESTAURANTS ” be based in KUWAIT. You will be responsible driving sales and managing the operations of the chain of QSR Restaurants operations with full P & L. Managing and leading the team. Develop business & action plans relative to development of business across all the chain of restaurants.
Role is to collaborate with partners / Restaurant Managers to grow, develop and maximize results in respective markets/ restaurants while maintaining consistent customer experience and operational compliance. The person should possess strong business acumen, relationship building skills and must be highly influential.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the relationship with multiple Restaurant Managers franchise and serves as the primary point of contact with multiple internal stake stakeholders. Provides general business and operational guidance while leading through influence. Drive Company goals, including KPIs and targets, and maximize the ROI. Facilitate and assist with quality communications between all support departments and individuals within the Restaurants. Ensure a quality start-up and opening assistance for new stores through training of staff. Establish visitation cycles, store evaluations, oversee the completion of Training, Assist Restaurant Manager in understanding and maintaining proper inventory levels sufficient to satisfy customer demand and business growth. Report to the COO.
